HOW TO RETURN

  1. 1. CONTACT US:
    Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. 2. GET RMA NUMBER:
    We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 hours.
  3. 3. PACK SECURELY:
    Pack the product in original packaging. Include RMA number on package.
  4. 4. SHIP BACK:
    Ship via ground transportation only (remember: hazmat rules apply). We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for defective products.
  5. 5. RECEIVE REFUND:
    Once received and inspected, refund processed within 5 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your Rally Salts arrive damaged or defective:

  • • Prepaid return label provided if return needed

CANCELLATIONS

After Shipping: Once shipped, order cannot be cancelled. Follow return process for refund.
