WHAT ARE RALLY SALTS?

Rally Salts contain ammonium carbonate, a compound that releases ammonia gas when activated with water. This creates a sharp, pungent vapor that triggers an inhalation reflex, resulting in:

  • • Increased breathing rate
  • • Elevated heart rate
  • • Heightened alertness
  • • Improved focus

This is NOT a medical device or treatment. It is a training aid for athletic performance.

PROPER USAGE TECHNIQUE

  1. 1. ACTIVATE (One time only):
    Add 5ml of water to the cotton ball inside the bottle. Shake gently and wait 30 seconds.
  2. 2. PREPARE:
    Ensure you're in a well-ventilated area. Have the bottle sealed and ready.
  3. 3. POSITION:
    Hold the bottle 10-15cm (4-6 inches) away from your nose. Never closer.
  4. 4. WAFT:
    Open the bottle and gently waft the vapors toward your nose for 1-2 seconds.
  5. 5. SEAL:
    Immediately reseal the bottle tightly to preserve potency.

POTENTIAL SIDE EFFECTS

If used improperly or held too close, you may experience:

  • • Burning sensation in nose or throat
  • • Excessive tearing
  • • Coughing or sneezing
  • • Temporary breathing difficulty
  • • Skin irritation (if contacted)
  • • Headache or dizziness

If you experience severe reactions, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.

FIRST AID MEASURES

INHALATION (Excessive exposure):
Move to fresh air immediately. If breathing is difficult, seek medical attention.
SKIN CONTACT:
Wash affected area with soap and water for at least 15 minutes.
EYE CONTACT:
Flush eyes with water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
INGESTION:
DO NOT induce vomiting. Rinse mouth with water. Seek immediate medical attention.

STORAGE & HANDLING

  • 🔒 Keep out of reach of children and pets
  • 🔒 Do not store near food or beverages
  • 🔒 Do not transfer to other containers
