ORDER PROCESSING

• • Orders placed before 12 PM PST ship same day (Mon-Fri)
• • Orders placed after 12 PM PST ship next business day
• • Weekend orders ship Monday
• • Processing time: 1-2 business days
• • You'll receive tracking info via email once shipped

HAZMAT INFORMATION

Rally Salts contain ammonium carbonate and are classified as:

• • UN3077 - Environmentally hazardous substance, solid
• • Class 9 - Miscellaneous dangerous goods
• • Packing Group III (minor danger)
• • Limited Quantity shipment authorized

This classification requires ground-only transportation and proper hazmat labeling.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

• • Email confirmation with tracking number
• • Direct link to carrier tracking page
• • Estimated delivery date
• • SMS updates (if phone number provided)

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

• • Signature Required: Adult signature (21+) required on delivery
• • ID Verification: Driver may request ID to verify age
• • Cannot Leave Unattended: Package cannot be left at door
• • Delivery Attempts: 3 attempts before return to sender

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:

• 1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery)
• 2. Provide order number and tracking information
• 3. We'll file a claim with the carrier
• 4. Replacement or refund issued within 5 business days

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to: Weather conditions, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or high order volume. We are not responsible for carrier delays but will work to resolve any issues.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently UNAVAILABLE. Due to international hazmat regulations and varying country restrictions on ammonia products, we cannot ship Rally Salts outside the United States. We're working on international distribution partners.
